John Gruszka

Production Manager

John has been with Oak for 20 years. Beginning as a field assistant, he then spent 12 years as a carpenter, served as the millwork manager and now manages all production. Through extensive experience and industry training seminars, John is constantly learning. He is currently integrating green building techniques into projects. John also runs the safety program at Oak. He remains on top of every detail and is in constant communication with staff and clients.

The youngest of seven siblings, John grew up in Chicago and attended the University of Illinois at Chicago. He lives in Downers Grove with his wife Sharon and two daughters. John is an avid golfer.
