Dave Brady

Owner/President

Dave founded Oak Design and Construction in 1979. He began his career as a carpenter working on small jobs and over time gained field experience and set standards in quality and craftsmanship. Dave has spent nearly three decades growing Oak through his positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. As a former member of Remodeler’s Advantage, a construction business owner’s organization, Dave learned business best practices from industry peers. In 2003 he became a NARI Certified Remodeler, formalizing his professional experience and expertise.

Dave has spent most of his life in Oak Park and is a graduate of Oak Park and River Forest High School. He has been married for over 20 years to his wife Starr and has two children, Maxwell and Allison.
