![]() Allergies and Dust Will dust from the project spread to the rest of my house? We make every effort to seal the work area from the general living space, including sealing doors and baseboards with tape. We also use fans and brooms to keep the work area clear of dust. To avoid tracking dust through the house, we access the space directly. As long as the barrier between the work area and living space is not disturbed, the majority of the dust should be contained. Despite all of these precautions, a minor amount of dust in the living space should be expected. If someone in my family has allergies, can he/she still be in the house? We are careful about containing dust. In most cases, people with allergies can stay in the house during the entire construction process. Severe cases, however, may need special attention. Please let us know if you have any concerns. Budget Will you work within a budget? We strive to do the highest quality work possible, and we always work to your budget. Whether yours is a small project or a large one, we will build a budget and work to it throughout the course of the project. Of course, we cannot always plan for changes in the project, and we sometimes run into unforeseen circumstances that can affect the budget and the project timeline. However, when changes are necessary, we communicate with you in a timely manner so there are no surprises. Of course, many of our clients ask us to do additional work once a project has begun, so if that is the case we will accommodate your requests and adjust the budget and schedule accordingly.
